Managing your Love Life

You get on the plane, the cabin staff show you the oxygen mask and tell you to put it on the child before putting on your own. Why? because it makes sense that if you look after yourself first then you can look after someone who depends on you.

And what has this to do with your love-life? Well, its to do with the power of love. Love yourself and you can better love someone else. I have no idea what if any issues or problems you may have with self-love but I do know that you have within you the seed of resources to learn the power of love, to heal and love yourself - a good place from which to love others.
