 | Shiatsu Intensive Immersion Starter Course 26th to 29th March 2009
Friday through Monday, 10 am to 5 pm.You will learn:How to move around, how to give a good shiatsu treatment, how to protect yourself from needless backpain, and from energy depletion or contamination; to develop sensitivity to your participant; what conditions are best left alone until you have more experience, and which ones are contra-indicated anyway. You learn the art of gentle healing. You may also learn something about yourself, and of the gift Nature has given you for this work.By the end of the course you should be confident enough to give enjoyable treatments. After 20 practice-treatments (in your own time, on family, friends or fellow-students) you can take the assessment to qualify for your Certificate in Practical Shiatsu (CPS) and eligibility for insurance cover through the Zen Shiatsu Society.
