It also tells you what you can achieve by correctly manipulating these points. It took a long time to be delivered because i have a dodgy postman but when it got here i read it in a day and started practicing immediately. I recommend it highly but only gave it a 4 out 5 because it was slightly confusing to follow at first. Once you've figured out that this is one of those books you have to start at the beginning and not jump in and out of interesting sounding chapters then you've gone clear!!!
